Can you steal an idea much more brazenly then Serviceplan? After The upper idea won an ADC Award at the Junior show 3 months prior in the same city, where the agency is located and the creative director even placed/sticked business cards at various pieces of work during the show, proving at least one of the agencies staff attended.
