that's a really smart strategy. you KNOW a game/film/band your mom hates has to be good. it's been true for generations. the only letdown here is the execution of this particular film. I would have done this in the fake laweyer style from the coke zero campaign a while back.

10/10 for using a great insight. the more old folks get horrified by a game, or anyone else, the more you want it.
I'm ust thinking about DOOM3, when it first launched. Friends were like "omg it scares the sh*t outta you". And you had to see what all the fuss is about. Same with The Suffering, F.E.A.R., and all the zombie-coming-from-behind-in-a-dark-room kind of games.
