The most important aspect of what this ad is sending to its viewers:

Days Inn will give me an excellent deal with their pricing because they aren't investing their money into things that I don't need.
In turn, I can pay cheaper for the same quality I would want from a hotel. Therefore, I'd want to stay at this hotel.

Whether it is true or not that is holds great quality at a cheaper rate is another story altogether.
