It's pretty, but I think it's an utopia and it feels dishonest.

It is. The chipotle in san francisco was serving chicken that wasn't free range for months. And people still ate there. lol
that song is great, it perfectly mixes with the scenary, i will always remember that chipotle story
sooo good
It feels honest until 1:10, then the message gets ruined. I really REALLY love the art direction though.

I like it a lot.
I don't get the message that they are saying they do things that way, just that things should be done better, more naturally.
Nice art and direction but can they really support these claims?

i dont understand why people have to be so cynical about the ad. The point of the ad is that people are going to remember this, in a good way....I LOVE IT !! and yea nice art direction too :)
All I could think after I saw this was that regardless of how it happens, the animals are going to be slaughtered. And then I felt horrible.
Thanks for the link to the making of the animation. Here's their latest ad.

minecraft anyone?
This commercial speaks very much to my emotional side and really humanizes the food industry with great artistic vision. The cover song reminds me of Johnny Cash's version of "Hurt." Yes, Chipotle - you've given me a few reasons to (belatedly) check you out.
Just won film grand prix.
and Branded Content & Ent.
I can't really see how this stole the Grand Prix from 3 little pigs. It's almost a scandal.
Nice animation, nice music, but really no idea what made it to get Grand Prix. A little bit of luck and mystery most probably.

I totally agree with Temple. My favorite above all this year was the 3 little pigs.
Beautiful.
