The ad makes no sense.

I guess that's why the CD's name is D. Ogilvie and not D. Ogilvy.

If an ad is intended to be funny, then it doesn't have to make sense (some creative exaggeration is allowed). This one is ok; not perfect, but not dismally bad either.
