OK idea. IMO this is still the gold standard in this category;

I'm really impressed at the fact you stop smoking because of this ad! It is a very well known fact that smoking shortens your life, but smokers don't really care normally when they are told (in fact, many say, that without smoking there lives would be TOO long).. I'm really curious, what worked with you in this ad?
Wow, so scary. Very effective idea

I like the idea. i like the execution. i have one problem with the copy. it says "every cigarette" and it should have been "every smoke u take"... I don't mean to be literal, but it would have been stronger.
still, well done.
"U think it's perfect?! Press delete and start again!"
Nice idea, but would have died a miserable death without the post...
I have to say that there are better ads in this category that whip this one...
However that said, this topic is well-mined...
This idea was done in holland in the 90's. Although i can't say it's copied.
