You guys are ridiculous. This is hilarious! It's not suggesting everyone in advertising is gay. It's not saying anything about gay people. It's making a statement about how obnoxious it is for people to think that awards do all that much for you. They show how these strange people don't become any more glamorous after having won awards. The point is made, and made well. If you think awards are going to do anything for you other than maybe allowing you to charge a bit more for your services then you are sorely mistaken.
