This ad seems to suggest that Audi actually produced that old car, but they never did. It was only a concept car. It's rare that I think an ad is being dishonest. But I sort of feel that way about this one.

Also, it would have been a better ad for the Audi TT. The TT looks more like a realization of this old concept car. It seems disconnected to associate an A5 to that old car.

Saw this on TV yesterday - I thought it was great. If only for the brilliant art direction.

It's been a long long time since Another Ugly Deutsche Invention, I can't see the strategy in this.

Great advert, filmed in Slovenia using a Danish story. What a pity that attention to detail is lacking. I "SIGNET" first - the reflection in the puddle as viewed by the eyes of the original "ugly duckling" is correct. LU 3956.BUT...
The reflection in the puddle as viewed by the eyes of the new "swan" is INCORRECT.The number "6" is in the central part of the number plate and not at the end. This would give a number 614 on the car driving off.*
Don't believe me ? Write the numbers down (please use a PENN) and draw a half circle above to show the shape of the car. Write/draw the mirror version, turn it around. Remember you look at the reflection from the cars viewpoint, not the onlooker*. As mistakes go could this be called a "WHO(O)PER.
