Seems they really took up the 'less is more' and the minimal styling of Apple, so for that, it's fitting but it's too simple in my opinion and doesn't really try to make me want that laptop.

The reason to buy this underpowered and overpriced laptop is its ultra portability and great design. The ad does a good job showing it. But boy is it boring.

I'm with guest! When you have such a powerful product (you can't argue with mill ins in sales, mind you.), you don't need any "puffery" to get in the way. Simple, in this case, is so much better. Let the ahhhs begin.

Simple and direct, still, it feels like something is missing. Apple does absolutely wonderful products and usually awesome ads, this one pretty much reflects the Apple's personality but as I said I feel like something is missing. Guess I’d like to see a little more of the “THINK DIFFERENT” style.
