Sorry guys, this ad is full of rubbish. ANZ have the worst reputation for small business support in the Industry. They are however really good at marketing. btw - I am a small business customer of ANZ and planning to cut back over as I was conned. Their people remind me of 'Jack' and they also have to deal with a monstor of a HQ back in Melbourne so if you need anything done all they do is act as the intermediatary between you and the 1800 support number (they have no means to esculate your issue, unless they "logged a job" and wait inline for someone to get back to them in 72 hours!!!). So if you are in small business, stay away from ANZ.
