I took a look at your link and i have to say that the two films are different:
in the romanian one, when the drunk girls went in the parking lot, we find out that their car is a hearse.
in this one, the guys before getting all together in the same car - right the same car!!!- that is not a hearse but a station wagon by the way, hug and kiss themselves like it was the last time they see each other. that is where the idea lays...
