I think you are missing the point here. The point is earned media for the airliner, through a unique and original media. Everything around us is an advertising medium, and the case study of this airliner proves it once again. Btw, lovely execution as well.

It's definitely expected for NZ companies to be banking on the LOTR franchise but this one is painfully mediocre. Much lacking in the idea dept.
Got boring after a while. The most exciting part for me was Peter Jackson's cameo.
