Great idea but badly executed.
The car is shaking way too much in an attempt to give the spot a classic stop motion feel. It doesn’t make the car look good at all. It makes the car look cheap and very flimsy. The shakiness is distracting overall.
It’s a shame that the fascination of doing real stop motion with the car is taking over from what actually looks good in the final spot. This could have been a beautiful spot with the right director on it.
I’m surprised that Acura approved this.
