Both of the ads are way too long, and tend to lose interest.
Voice was badly chosen, I guess. It's a bit monochordic.
If these were reduced, they'd probably be good.
the voice is meant to sound that way so it does not sound like every other god awful radio spot on the air. it's different hence people ay listen. and no it is not a computer but a real woman, her name is judy.

Bad choice of typeface for ad.
all in all, i can't believe this is all that they have to offer their client.
