great ad, the whole series worked for me.
like other comments, i think we can make do without the annotations.
they somehow messed up the images. if there isn't any annotations on the ads, then the image would have been even more powerful as readers would spend more time on the images and will still get the messages the ads are trying to convey.
the annotations took a little bit of attention off the images and made them less complete. It somehow suggest that readers aren't smart enough to understand the ads without the annotations.
there's another thing about this particular ad. i think it would have been better if the lady in the fancy dress is of the same race or ethnic as the rest of the crowd, because there is a danger of misleading readers that they contain hidden meanings,
such as the darker race are as boring as the texts in the news, racists remarks as in black (as the texts are in black) vs whites (colorful ads) where the white stands out everyday.
it would be perfect if the lady is of the same race.
To be honest the 'ad' in this didn't stand out to me, I see the idea and it has legs, but if you have to explain the idea with annotations then it just doesn't work.

nice campaign. i do think that the annotations actually make it look different to other ads. the dancer is my favorite.
Excellent campaign.
I like all the ads.
