I love the idea =') but just something about the copy. using the word "expensive" might draw away buyers. maybe something similar to that but not any reference to the price.
It's called prestige marketing. Their usp is their expensive sunglasses. They're not trying to speak to customers going to a local optometrist. They want the big fish.

The idea of buying something that will make you suffer for the rest of time is pretty nuts if you ask me.
