I like the ads but I don't know about the idea for this website. How much can an award mean if it's from a website that wants to give out awards to people who don't have any yet? Is everything all about awards now? This kind of reminds me of grade 1 when every kid wanted a gold star sticker from the teacher. Everyone should get an award as soon as they start in the advertising industry, first day at work and you have this huge shiny ‘you’re the best’ award on your desk. Then maybe some of this focus can be taken away from awards. Just my opinion.
