I think it's a good ad with a good message.

The explanation...kids' sports have become a cultural disaster. Leagues, coaches and parents throw kids into programs and make them feel like failures if they're not always the best. The message is that you have to specialize by the time you're 10 or you'll never make it. It's an idiotic view of what sports are all about.
