dah? so ruin your eyes in front of the computer or use the paper of the printer is a better solution?
Not bad, hate the pun. New liine required.
You smell of envy.
Suits you.
Doin' it for the points
may anyone help me out here? i dont get it...
A book roled vertically to look like a cut tree
why so many CDs for one ad?
---------------------------------
If it dont sell it aint creative
Sadly, they think it's a winner.

saw the website of the ad. dont look like they can afford an O&M. another scam, ad first - client later
and the logo is very different

ok. i'm like it!
Sorry Piyush Pandey, Abhijit Avasthi, Suresh Babu, Shekhar Jha, Prasad Patil, Vikram Sood this idea was done about 5 years ago by Andrew Petch & Andrew Ostram
from Sydney Australia, The BMF agency.
This is one of the shapes that was left to be made with a book/magazine. Any other?
I think it's nicely done... simple and clean... but I agree that people will download then print out at the office
ug. i can't stand it when a headline starts with "because". how trite.
also, hey duffuses (or is it duffi?, what is the plural of duffus?) your ad is made from paper and i'm pretty sure you wasted tonnes of it coming up with this gem. delete.
Urgh, its ok i suppose, but the message fails to be impactful, you get it, but feels like something better could have been said, although no suggestions off the top of my addled brain.

I used a similar image for a newspaper aniversary, 5 years ago… it was "first thought" then and it is now…
YES!!!!! Something that rolled looks like a tree that was just cut?? Congratulations!!!! You are the #120 team to do the same ad!! You guys are so awesome! For creating this really innovative piece of crap you win 4 Internets!!! Wooohoo!!!!
i liked it. :(
My great-great grandfather did a bunch of tree ring ads back in his day too, the most famous for "Hyde's Magical Miracle Elixir!" I believe it cured shingles, the gout and stopped witchcraftery in it's tracks.
Old and tired. Next.
okay then i guess i dont know anything.
OOPS!!!
FER.
OOPS, I did it again!!!
FER.
..britney????
NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! This has been done like a million times. http://coloribus.com/admirror/?action=detailedView&item=334&language=en (just two more).
FER.
Oh jesus...
The ad is not funny and the argument in it is too weak, in my opinion. Reading a book is socially as important as preserving the nature.
I don't see what's so bad about this ad.
All they are saying it seems, is save paper by reading books on-line?
In the next 5 years tablet pc's (they're about the size of a thick magazine) will be common place from offices to schools, so it'll be no big deal to have an entire library of high brow serious books at your disposal 24/7.
The reason that we keep seeing this idea is maybe because we need to pay attention? no?
Doin' it for the points
no.
bahahahahahaha!
maybe that will be the case. maybe the case will be that we'll have to choose between saving a book to read or using it as fire fodder. the end is nearing. you heard it here first.
........exactly?
Doin' it for the points
what if all my books are made from recycled paper?
This is what you get Piyush from your crative teams
when you have to send 500+ entries to ad club every year.
They can't produce great ideas all time.
Ivan, did you find this ad at some archeological excavation?!
i thought its a slice of onion!
