Honestly, I hate sharks. They are the worst animals in the world, I am convinced. There is nothing more terrifying being attacked by a shark while you splash around in your floaties, helpless. It's sure sad that animals are becoming extinct, but sharks are really nothing more than human eating monsters. This ad doesn't respect the feelings of those who have been eaten by sharks, or the feelings of people who just hate them, like I do. Maybe put a picture of a bear or something, at least you can get away from those.

Extinction of sharks is only horrifying if you can demonstrate that the extinction is not a natural phenomena. People are altogether too concerned with preserving the environment in the form that has benefited them. If some ancient eating machine can no longer function in the eco-system, that's natural selection at work.
As somebody who enjoys surfing and much water activities, sharks are my fear. Even so, it is still more horrifying to see them gone from the nature. Simple enough to get the message as just seeing the ad for a second. My thumbs are up for this ad!
once i swam hundrets of meters into the sea in greece with an albanian boy to jump from a big rock. suddenly the boy started screaming " shark shark shark". i looked down on the ground and there were biiig obround black rocks that looked like sharks indeed. that was so terrifying :D i hate sharks...

The ad is pretty subjective and might not appeal to all since the first emotion that comes to a person's mind after seeing a shark fin in the water is FEAR, which is far superior than a calm sea. This needs to be handled very delicately, showing sharks in a positive light and kinda in a cute way. E.g: A Mother shark with a baby resting under her fins and with a Copy like ," Like you, they also have a family who waits for their return." or something like that.. .
Final verdict :The contrasting comments here speak for itself..too controversial. Hence, not that good.

I understand most of you really like these ads but I don't really get how the 2nd image is always "more horrifying" than the first. Just because I look in the water and don't see sharks doesn't mean they are in danger or that they 've become extinct.. I get the idea but it could have been executed better. For ex. instead of showing the shark and then not showing it why not show the shark upside down (dead) in the second image-that is more horrifying- than nothing at all. Same thing with the other ad with the snake in the dessert..show the snake dead or sick or just its bones and the point would get across easier
