Most non-ad people won't see that the logo is actually on the blade. Maybe if you showed the logo only 1/2 behind the cucumber, the 'gag' would be more obvious.

It's not particularly clever, but then, knives aren't complicated. This says "sharp knives" to me. I get it, and if I were a consumer, I'd understand the ad easily. It works. Don't like the execution, though.
Good idea for the knives, but I can't imagine an application for a piece of cucumber that thin. Chunk it up, buttercup!
