The guy is handsome.
This is a better approach...But the sexual hints and aids does not gel. One cannot mix the two. Perhaps use this approach and remove the sexual hints.

The men are not so stupid to start hearing just 'cause of an help.
I like them all, but for me this is the safest of the three... meaning it won't be difficult for me to publish this since the message is clear without being lewd...

These billboards are all over Auckland, I don't see anything unpublishable. An interesting angle on hearing aids.
