Strictly speaking, "sesquipidalian" means "relating to very long words", and the hippopotomonstro- prefix does not exist. The other ads in the series use similarly made-up terms and definitions of dubious relevance, lending no credence to their credo of "unconventional intelligence" unless they consider such unconventionality to include making things up on the spot in order to seem apropos. What credentials have these guys got? An M.A. in B.S.?

If you consult proper resources like a dictionary you will find that sesquipidalian is good in and of itself but that hippopotomonstrosesquipidalian is nonetheless valid and does most certainly exist. The longer version helps to reinforce the point.
