Well, it's a student ad.
this is great. working at an NGO myself, I can picture how the appeals people will demand a 'warning' ad about possible accidents without showing the actual accident: "No bloody bodies or freak out people please...you don't want to exert a negative image"...and these executions did just that. It's really nice.
The only setback here is they seem to play on the 'ghost whisperer' thing...so...people from an NGO may worry about whether this will be offensive to people with different religions. God knows why(see, I've just been politically incorrect again).
The copy sounds juvenile because it's a child's recreation of events. It made read it and imagine that situation. Copy works. Visuals could use some work. Lose the vignette.
