I like this idea, very much down to earth. Strong local content... But what about the brand? And question: Was this ad published in Kuwait, and was the brand operates in Kuwait? (The agency was Finnish) If so then my opinion stands... If not, then another question... Will this work in Europe or other country besides middle east? Too strong a local content, but it raised my smile... Good verk...

I know this answer is very late, but the reason a Finnish agency was used for a Kuwaiti company is that most of the management at Wataniya telcom is Finnish.
