Empty thought bubble? So where is the thinking?

Stevil's picture 108 pencils

Simple, it's an analogy... If they were thinking and wore a helmet, it would of cushioned the blow! The helmet is the thought, therefore, the thought cushioned the blow!

Guest's picture

then there should of been a helmet in the bubble.

ricklongo's picture 1221 pencils

Not really. It's clear enough that the thinking here represents a helmet, no need to dumb it down.

eldeadevis's picture 306 pencils

Bubble it´s empty because there is no thinking, (didn´t use a helmet) that´s why she crashed.

Brilliant! These work great! This concept could be a broad campaign for just about any PSA. Seatbelts, talking on cell phones etc...

Brilliant, although a bit inspired by Harvery Nichol's fashion statement.
Good though, inspirtation is not a crime.

TRICKY's picture 3908 pencils

the concept is weird "you are saved by your empty thought? when falling from your bike????? i mean duh learn how to ride a bike first
beautiful illustration

Low score. Same ad.

Maybe if the copy itself was placed in the bubble, it would be better.

bknowlden's picture 3435 pencils

These would be amazing with harvey nichols-style photo realistic thought bubbles.

tan guenas las tetas..... nada mas.

Guest's picture

with a line in the bubbles it 'll be better

eldeadevis's picture 306 pencils

It has nothing to do with Harvey Nichols, except the use of a bubble, but can´t anyone use a bubble anymore?
I think this is a Fresh idea, but layout is a bit poor.

radical

tridipnandi's picture 174 pencils

really good illustration

Nomad8's picture 58 pencils

Good illustrations but I feel a disconnect. The thought of "wish I'd worn a helmet" won't save ur life any. Only the presence of mind to have worn a helmet will.

Concept is good, but should be developed
