"We need more people like you" sentence is just weird. You may say something like this but first tell me: what do you think what kind of man am I (and why do you think that)? In this case, you don't need that thought at all, skip it.
Although this can't be considered as extremely creative, I think the art direction is very expressive and effective, so I would say this is a good ad.
