Hate advertising? Make better ads.
Boring? Yup. Less-than-stellar execution? Check that.
But I wouldn't be surprised if this was pro bono or at least fed off a virtually non-existent budget.
In light of that, easy enough concept for consumers to identify with and get.
The idea here is that you can help some poor child and give him a good life, like you do with your own kids.
This is one very high clothes line.

i guess these are quite good ones. especially considering the target... these are for the people who may consider being foster parent not for some genius art directors. (unless you are not both)
