Smart campaign

Dupont-Dupond's picture 70 pencils

Very clever indeed.

It's a dirty job but somebody's got to do it.

SeanMartin's picture

Great concept, but the colours in all three seem a little too bland.

What car crash? These are cool.

sucks....too much association....if metaphors are all is needed then one can come up with 1000 metaphors for any given concepts....

"I have no friends, and don't want any." - Michelangelo

"The creative person wants to be a know-it-all. He wants to know about all kinds of things: ancient history, nineteenth-century mathematics, current manufacturing techniques, flower arranging, and hog futures..."- Carl Ally, ad exec

this is ad was already done and won awards (in the nineties I think). WAs made in Spain for a ski school. Snow, a tree, and the skis go around.

But there's no shame of having made the same, because I found out a few years ago that this ad was already stolen from a 50's new yorker's cartoon. so.

sorry, was wrong. not a spanish ad. A norwegian one. In 2002 for the Norwegian ski association. Could not find a big image.. but those who have access to luerzers archiv on-line can find it easily.

Here's a very very small version:
