wow, what a truly insulting and childish response. I'll keep your 'business' in mind as one never to use when looking for an agency. Idiot.

Hmmm "Kris"...

Maybe it's time to chat with your workplace to discuss the extremely low quality of people they're employing as 'art director' (and wow, you're even actively looking for a new job... I'm sure they'll be interested in hearing that, too).

Maybe I'll (and others should) visit: http://www.saatchi.nl/ and send a quick email? Might even attach your little 'profile':

Kris:

No

Yes

How stupid can you possibly be?

I'm pretty sure Saatchi Amsterdam knows what they have.

Such antigonistic feelings just because I and others might comment as a 'guest'.
You must feel so much bigger and more important by proudly putting your name (I guess Maarten is real... who knows?) or whatever ridiculous tag you use, online.
That surely implies a 'better, more professional comment' ... yeah, just like I guess 'your colleague' 'Kris' made?

Why not detach yourself from his ass, take a look at the real world and grow up.

Oh, and the world would be a better place without AIDS, cancer and self-loving and promoting 'agencies' who wouldn't know creativity if it fell on them.

Your promo shots on your 'blog' were, well, yeah... "great"...

First your partner wishes AIDS on someone then you defend the fuck-tard ... hope your 'agency' keeps getting all those "big profile awards" (ha!)...

'cause you ain't got much else going for you.

Oh, now i'm feeling much more important because i'm just not a sneaky bastard who hides behind the great possibility of posting as a guest.
If i am creating an account on AOTW and they ask me for my name, i would be very arrogant by just giving them my real name, right? No, even better, it would be ridiculous.
I'm not defending the fact that kris wishes AIDS on someone, you got that wrong. I'm only saying that your "i'm gonna mail your agency and say what a bad boy you are"-threats
are not really frightening. Although it made him cry. I only wish you would put up your real name, so that we can see what you did. The fact that you talk about "big profile awards" (ha!)..."
probably indicates that you're still working on the flyers for the Tupperware-party down the street. You wouldn't even want an award if it fell on you.
No, but really, the world would be a better place without AIDS, cancer and guest commenters.

Trust me son, guys like you don't last. People matters, awards alone dont mean sh*t.
Take a day off and try to grow up a little. (take Kris with you)

Sorry Kris (and Maarten), that was 100% uncalled for and completely unprofessional. You really showed your immaturity and you've done a really 'great' job promoting yourself and your business. You should be ashamed.

Kris, here's a test for you.
To prove you actually deserve the title of 'art director' (rather than, I'm assuming, just handing yourself the title when you set up your little business), try:

Apologising for perhaps one of the most pathetic comments I've read in years
Providing true, well-thought-out feedback on the creative
Giving a 'link' to a previous campaign rather than just 'saying' its been done before

If you can't do that... maybe you shouldn't post comments.

Yes, that was very unprofessional. Get over it.

boys, boys, boys...

I would 'hate' to think how you react when a client actually says they think your concepts are shit.

Knee-jerk name calling when people disagree with you (as you've shown for each posted 'concept') is really sad. Nearly sadder than wishing someone had Aids.

Why don't 'you'... get over it?

But I bet you can't.

And just one more little post by you after this one will prove a whole lot of things... so go ahead and post.

I'm actually looking forward to seeing just how mature you are.

Finally someone commenting under a real name.
But... why should anyone post a link when saying something has been done before?
Should we all have valid evidence to say something? The fact that you don't know the campaign, says more about you, actually.
And i don't think he is to be held responsible for your lack of knowledge.

Maarten, everyone knows to add a link if you think an ad has been done. That's just how it works.

And every time you try to defend your boyfriend, you're just digging yourself deeper into the pit of denial. What he said was disgusting. And there is no changing that.

Yea Mercedes-Benz in SA did an add campaign without a car in it too... it got kicked out of Cannes because the Judges didn't believe it was possible to have a client actually run that work...which they did. Oh well...

To all readers: I am the ceo of Saatchi & Saatchi Amsterdam and I really apologize for what was posted under our name.
Although these people have written this on a personal note, our name was involved as well.
We at Saatchi & Saatchi Netherlands dissociate ourselves from this kind of language and comments.
Measures have been taken already.

Cue ominous music and kris and maarten clearing out their office next to the mens toilets at Saatchis.
Cut to both of them in the red light district turning tricks.
Cut to Kris in doctors office being told that he's HIV positive from all the semen he drank.

Beware the industry blogs kids.
