A voluntary product recall on an ancient VW model. Sheer brilliance!
A classic DDB work of yore in its art direction and concept.
This is one smart advertising. Period.
An obnoxious idea only ad people will think is cool. Or real.
Beautiful, an absolute gem.
Its not obnoxious at all, it's almost in the same boat as the great ddb stuff from 25 years ago.
Sometimes it may seem like its to witty for your average punter but you may be underestimating the intelligence of your average VW driver

If this is real... I love it!
Very clever... the only thing that bugs me is the hyphenation of compartment. My guess is that this is left in on purpose to give it a more authentic feel.
Sheer intelligence.
>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.
this is lovely.
Yeah, lovely. But does it help to the current Golf V? Guess not.
It's not supposed to, it's supposed to "help" the brand by pointing out their high quality standards and the longevity
of their products.
great ad, congrats

I love it too. Very clever. It somehow reminds me old campaign made by Bill Bernbach.

It's a nice idea, but I'm a little bothered by the sentence flow. Not every elegant.
