I thin, the concept is nice. Ligths are sooo highly than u ca stop in middle of way (in the night) just to do "anything" .. may be making any change in brandline can help this ad.

And regarding this ad, it's kinda new fresh insight for "environmental friendly" statement and though it's exaggerated a lot I like it in a way.
