no, it doesn't. it gets you from company parking to 5-star restaurant. nothing unusual about that.
I think this is really, really EXCELLENT!
I think the idea's pretty clear - You'll find a Touareg in places where you don't expect to find cars. They haven't put a steep slope of a rock mountain... if they had, it'd have been a dull and straight campaign.

So stick it in some arbitrary spot that has absolutely no way of having it go there or having no reason? No.
You have to hate advertising in order to truly love it.
A "straight" campaign that the core target understands and might then perhaps be able to relate to the brand image. VS. A campaign SO out-of-the-box that it defies and bypasses the logical consumer thinking which leaves them scratching their heads.
Hmmmm... This IS a tough one. : (
Next, the kid's room, the roof and how could they miss the loo. Wow! This assault on intelligence can go on - like forever. Frightening.
