love the idea, but the payoff isnt good.
"which one"
needs funnier dialogue.
good AD, good layout/structure, but not funny enough

now that i think about it more, im not sure i understand.
what's the point of the top part?

i feel like there are 2 jokes, 2 messages going on.. can someone clarify it for me?

You work in advertising? Are you sure?

my response from the answer in the other ad:

"ah ok, thx

yea, it *is* obvious. i lost sight of the product and started thinking that one generally wants a QUICKER reaction when theyre met with a tricky road situation, and started reading the ad backwards.

anyway, i revert back to my first criticism, the punchline, "me neither" is pretty boring, could be funner, wittier.
(still a lovely campaign though)"

I think the people criticizing this ad don't get the point. Only the first strip is supposed to be funny. The others are not because the character had additional 3 secs to come up with an answer that doesn't screw him up.

i dont see anyone really criticizing it.
in fact, im the only one.
and it's more just a suggestion than a full-on criticism.

it works as it is, but it could be funnier if the thought-out response was clever in some way. (and yes i get that it doesnt have to be. it just has to be good enough to avoid a "tragedy" - it would just be better if it were)

Great concept and illustration! Funny ad, too.
