I agree as well; seems they wanted to maintain consistency, but they failed here; when you choose a creative route, this doesn't mean that you need to stick to one visual/artwork; it's not a mascot at the end of the day.
However, and as it seems, the whole campaign was a concept; art direction is so wrong to reflect a real campaign; just look at the shadows!

The only activity that probably been executed is the direct mailer; it reminds me of the direct mail of Finding Nemo Sushi Pack :) but still, works for this campaign.

can`t belive that they were sending out this directmail with real food - imagine how does it look after being three/four days on the way

one should not take life so seriously - as one will not come out of it alive.

This concept is very similiar to Capital One. I dont know which started first.

To understand this campaign, it's also important to be aware of this lollipop/pin as a constant work of art in Gothenburg. The advertisement in this case is therefore only the banner put on the pole. I think this is an excellent use of existing architecture.
