I love ilustration
I want one, just like in the picture.

The illustrations are wonderfully executed indeed. The art approach itself is not new. That said, I don't personally like the "will pay you to" part of the copy. People don't need a monetary incentive to volunteer or do good work and the verb pay implies getting money. They could still use a verb similar to pay like reward.
