the sale period is like a sort of competence for most women, and the picture is a tournament fixture chart, and the prize is the bag. I think its a very fresh way to show this old concept.
if the target audience gets it like you did, then its a great ad. Because only after you explained it i undesrtood the beatiful abstract complexity (to me) of the simple idea.
my guess: it means "there is no competition"
