So those are cum stains?? Stupid. The Hombre did not have a similar idea. The Hombre had the original idea. And as always, the original is better.

You need a class just to learn how to get this ad. That's why I say: NO.

People saying it's gross are the ones who would jump at it if it's the cum stains in a lesbian magazine. Double standard much?

I think it's outrageous, crazy and fits perfectly with the target segment. Definitely would be the talk of the community. Bravo.

i don't care which sexual orientation the target is for the magazine, I don't want simulated dried bodily fluids in my magazine, and that's just me......but I appreciate you trying to paint me as homophobic, can you please point out where I said anything opposed to a males choice of sexuality?

actually, I dont give a f#ck.....I'll accept your apology in the form of good Mexican beer....effective immediately

Did you just say "my magazine"? This is a magazine for gay men.

I'm not saying they should do this in a magazine for straight couples. I'm just saying that this fits nicely to the outrageous, out-of-norm, crazily humorous style of a gay men's magazine and therefore would appeal to the target segment.

Why would you care if it this appear in YOUR magazine since you won't buy a gay men's magazine anyway??? If you don't fall in the target segment, why act like it?

I'm just commenting on a pure academic point of view and never said anything about you being homophobic. Relax.

jeese, listen, read what you wrote, I said this was gross because its gross...I respect SapienNitro's work, but in my opinion gross sex jokes seems like a lazy way to advertise to gay men, and gross too...in a way I kinda holds them back advertising to them this way, granted men have a a higher sex drive than women, but its kinda reminiscent of the rest stop/bath houses stereo type that all gay men are all sex crazed who put it out there all the time...but in reality its just the intimate part of their life....I'm not acting like the target audience, but I do have gay friends and they aren't into jizz jokes, they are professionals, who would think this is as gross as I do.

OK I give you credit for having deleted the previous comment and discuss like an adult.

I understand and respect your point. I wasn't pinpointing at you per se. If you really feel what you post above, then I am all with you. But there are certain people out there who have double standards, and you know you you are when reading this.

By the way I'm a Gen Y so probably I'm more receptive to sex jokes in main stream media. Look at Kate Perry's Fireworks or California Gurls video clips. It's all about sex jokes and both youngsters, gay or straight, LOVE it!!!

This is 2011. If you don't like it because you think all sex jokes like this are gross, then it's fine. But if you think only gay sex jokes are gross, then you need to look around and open it up.

Just saying.

not gay sex...its gross if its hetero, gay, bestiality, furry...etc...its dried jizz....i get that sex is a hand shake to Gen Y'rs but as you progress you'll understand this is a cheap shot.

Oh god, credibility: lost. You're a Gen Y so you're more receptive to sex jokes in the main stream media and then point to Katy Perry and CA Gurls? I'm a "Gen Y" too and you thinking that we're more progressive and receptive to sex jokes is just stupid. That's the way kids think until they get older and realize that every generation is essentially the same.

[shrug] who cares what you say. "every generation is the same"?? wow. that's a deep thought lolz. are you even in the marketing business??

Stop saying like you understand all the target segments, because that's really naive. That YOU hate this ad doesn't mean the target segment hates it too. I have shown a couple of my gay friends and they thought it's really hilarious.

And ya. Don't call yourself a Gen Y if you scream "aaaaaaaa sperm look there's a drop on my hand aaaaaaa motherrrrrrr boo hoo". lolz that's lolz.

Shame.

Not to pick a fight, but "choice of sexuality" is a poor choice of words. Sexual orientation is not a choice.

It is either genius or incredibly stupid. I think you would have to know the readership and the rest of the magazine to know which. I don't know either so I'm going to refrain from giving a star rating.
