The attention to detail is terrible. The woman's teeth are awful, and why are her nails painted black? I highly doubt a bride to be would have black polish on. But hey, maybe that's just me. If I was art directing this, these are things I personally would not have given the green light.

I dont find it funny. My opinion is: most of people will not understand the concept because the humour side of the image (representing the concept) could not be absorbed (!).

Here's a question. Is it me, or does it look like the woman is the guy made up, or is it the other way round? Is it the woman made up as the guy. They look really identical, hair, face etc.
You could actually be right; with only a little photoshop around the ears, chin and nose you can make him look just like the 'girl'.
