they're nice. but they seem years behind their euro soccer, er football, ad counterparts in terms of sophistication. not surprising coming from a hockey mad country.
Como direccion de arte pesan mucho mas que como idea.
Me gustan.
"no silencies lo que no sabes expresar".
I like these. Unlike the Seiko alarm watch campgain, they convey three distinct ideas. Not the same one over and over.
I'm Canadian - there's a lot of Soccer fans here. You should talk about the individuals involved in creating the ad and not the whole country sburns4
i believe i did when i said the idea seems years old.
as far as the canuck slight, my apologies. but it's true that the usa and canada are far behind the rest world in terms of embracing soccer as their number one sport. and i believe i shows in the work.
but what do i know, i'm from wisconsin.
You may have a point. I like the visual puns in these ads - and perhaps as you say they wouldn't work if they were being marketed to a very soccer savvy European country - but to a Canadian audience I think they work.
no doubt.
and don't get me wrong, if i could move vancouver tomorrow, i would.
where exactly would you move vancouver to? northern california?
Why should we embrace soccer as our number one sport?
good lord. thank god there's new ads to critique.
nike did this 10 years ago
Okay. Not dynamic, engaging and 'fan' enough.
>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.
Have to agree with Rog, this really doesn't blow my bone.

welcome to the time tunnel!
today, the early 90's!
This is good and nice.
i don't like the angle. if you show more net side of the goal and push the soccer to be farther. plus re-do the lighting not to focus on the soccer and make it double spread then this ad will be sexier.
