Van Gogh is known beacuse of his insanity towards the end of his life. At a famous moment he cut off his own ear.

What makes this ad really wonderful is how it tells us it's van gogh with the single cube of sugar and the stirrer. This is how 'absinthe', the liquor van gogh was addicted to, was taken.
