Vahume Office Furniture: Time, 4

Work is about time. Time is about how much you want to stay, or not, at your office.
Design, for that place miscalled work.

Awkward layouts throughout. Had they turned the clock face into a floor *under* the furniture, it might have worked better, but as it stands now, the shadowing under the furniture just looks... odd... I like the design choices insofar as the clocks styled with the furniture, but the final implementation misses the mark.

Here, let me save everyone the trouble of asking. "Do you even work in advertising?"

i think not. if you do, you're not working in something great right now. you spend too much commenting here.

Think it for a while.
Then, in anytime, it will come to your mind as an idea.

Too complicated. Too many layers to go through before you get the message. Plus the writing's awkward and thick.

I also thought it was an ad for watches at first.

Copywriting leaves much to be desired. Art direction is basically nonexistent. Concepts don't get much weaker than this.

the line is probably better in spanish, but there's only one line for four ads. that's not what the 'copy' part of copywriting means. also, furniture+time+work makes no sense. who is in charge of buying office furniture within an office? what would interest that person? i'd start there.

Work is about time

Dont agree with the premise. work is about creativity and common sense and intelligence communication. So rest of the doesnt make sense to me.

Work isn't about time (nor is it about the three simple concepts proposed by scarfinati; I don't seek creativity in my tax adviser) and office furniture is definitely not about time. So that ruins the concept and using a clock to show time is far too redundant to make anybody remember an individual ad.

The copy further beats the advert down by explaining what the concept is in the first sentence and then clumsily trying to elucidate what that first sentence meant.

There is an idea in the somewhat awkwardly phrased strapline though. Pursue that idea that designing furniture for the office doesn't mean run of the mill office furniture.

- Commenting in all caps with poor spelling and grammar is so done before -

- The only thing more rare than a good ad is a good guest comment -
