Don't know where to begin really, Well the tagline sounds more like a strategy, I have no idea who this person is impersonating, there are Alot of better ways to promote tap water and it's benefits, the art direction is so so, but the type face and body copy are poor, and overall it's very contrived...So basically i walked past it and didn't blink an eye!

I think it is supposed to be Reba McEntire? Looks more like Cheri O'Terri on a very hard day.

So... Drag queens make a difference?!? I don't get it. Not sure there is anything that holds this together. Reminds me of a "Got Milk" ad but a lot more frightening!
