This is flawed. The only reason people order tap water is because it's free. The only reason.

I generally like a burnished bit of retro. But I'm iffy on this. Somehow, employing a retro style for this makes it feel small, cute and boutiquey. Lacking in gravitas.

Any points awarded for illustrator's style, not his style applied to this, or these ads.

Soviet propaganda art is cute for small brands who can't afford a big concept. It's a bit disturbing when used by any governmental organization.
