wHY THE PILLS IN THE FLOOR?
It's cute and clever, the entire campaign taken as a whole. 'Doesn't matter how much it looks like any cell phone you see now, because if it did look just like one, would you spot the joke? No. Not at all. Then, there'd be people here to complain about it being too subtle a read.
Notching back the critic in you, the better to let the artist in you see, is not a bad idea, friends.
