nice insight, not so the meaning of the line (wich is probably a translation).

this meaning would be better: "there's a use giving clothes too." plus the logo. that's all. (doesn't make the line better but the meaning)

I don't think so. They are selling toys they don't want to tell that clothes can be used as toys - because then you would buy 'multifunctional clothes'. They say: don't buy clothes - they will use them as toys anyway. Buy 'intended toys' instead.

direction is not that bad.

The idea is sorta there. The execution is poor. The way the line crosses the parachute string is awkward.
