brief: do a save the rainforest print, but dont need to literally or figuratively spell it out
ideation process: let's think of other ways to show how the rainforest benefits us, but don't just show the benefit, emphasise it further by contrasting it with something negative, and by the way, irony is good too if we can use it to show human folly, and alternatively make us angry and chuckle at ourselves, and voila!

Great. As Alanis would say: Isn't it ironic, don't you think?

Wow, that's a really powerful photo. It actually makes me feel angry. They don't deserve the shade that tree is providing. I really like this piece.

What an incredibly powerful image. Excellent. It makes me wonder what the tree would be feeling if it was capable of emotion.

It is so strong on its own but also works as a metaphor for the entire world. I can only agree: Great!

Now THIS is more like it.
Compare what this is saying...how powerfully it says it...and how simply, directly and evocatively...
compared to that "faces" in the forest fiasco.

A good insight, leading to a message conveyed simply?

That could be THE formula for good ads.

That's the truth about human nature. Take advantage of something until the last drop is squeezed, until it stops beeing that something.
Great ad. Only that it succeeds on delivering the message to us, but it doesn't talk to the people who are actually destroying our forests.
I can imagine those guys saying "yeah that's true ha ha ha, but once we are finished, we go some place else".
