the prius is a hybrid car, which means there are 1,001 better things to say about it than saying nothing at all, which is what this campaign does.

Yes great understanding about idea... I agree...
But it can be perceieved as "Prius... the cars of bitches, gangsters..."
there are 2 ways of looking at this campaign:
1. oh it's so lame we could put any brand there - WRONG!
2. u can think a little bit about it and what u can understand is that Prius is a clean car and those owners are doing all sorts of "dirty stuff", so at least they drive a Prius is a nice claim in this light... so it can't be used for bmw, audi or other conventional engine car. I agree it has a negative aspect, it promotes the category (hybrid cars).

The Prius is so well known for beeing a "green car" that the only bad thing about it must be the driver.
I like these ads, very agressive.
