TMJ Association: Dear Bono
Regrettably, TMJ is not as trendy as global warming or poverty.
TMJ is a debilitating disease that causes excruciating jaw pain.

lame.
if they'd written and he replied and they'd use the letter, that would be cool.
but this could've been done for a thousand causes that bono does nothing about. and it tries to put him down because he's not jesus christ himself. fucking stupid of those guys at STIR.

Nice art direction. Idea and copy: not so good. Starvation, AIDS etc are not things to be belittled - it's not a competition for the most worthy cause or painful predicament. The condition (and association) you are producing the work for is not a pasta sauce that can be compared to other pasta sauces.
are they implying that bono's supporting global warming and poverty because they're 'trendy'?
methinks it's the other way around.
Coincido con todos. Esto es absurdo.
This is a hit below the belt. Bono is not the savior of the world. What's next? "Bono, please stop trying to help people with AIDS and cure my jock itch..." I feel for the TMJ sufferers but come on!
I do like that they are trying. But let's not bash others for not helping. Totally put off.

Too many cooks in the kitchen....
hm, kind of stupid to blame bono for anything bad happening on this planet.
then again, he never missed a chance to present himself as the ultimate do-gooder.
live with the consequences, "bono".

What i think they mean by trendy, is that "Trendy" is to give a supporting concert (plus for the band)... and to do that, the issue must be more-less known (as global warming is). Now to be honest here, who many of us really knew what TMJ is? Not much i believe, starting from me. Thats why i think it might work (actually U2 are not the point here). Also it is sort of touching cause of the nice photography.
