scary. reminds me of a fictional open letter I read in Lady Churchill's Rosebud Wristlet (a magazine of weird tales, see http://www.lcrw.net/lcrw/thebestof.htm), where parents offered to call their forthcoming child after a brand's name, in exchange for an all-life-long "sponsorship".
